Cultivating a rich and meaningful life - one step at a time.

At Collaborative Counseling I help clients develop the skills and confidence to live their lives in healthy, meaningful ways. Every person’s path to their goals is different, thus we collaborate together to determine what you need to feel healthy and fulfilled in your life. Clients commonly are looking for ways to manage challenging situations, engage positively in relationships and get relief from depression or anxiety.

Services

Collaborative Counseling offers telehealth services primarily. Telehealth is a secure, convenient way to access counseling. Clients find the convenience and flexibility of having sessions at their own location saves on time and stress of traveling to an office.

In-office sessions are available on Mondays and Friday afternoons in my Woodinville office - space is limited.
